Howdy, folks! My family is planning to relocate to Apache County. No fixed date yet, but shooting for this September. I'm going light on the specifics for now until I know there's actually an honest, knowledgeable, responsive person paying attention to this forum. The basics at present: my husband and I are preparing to cash in some of our current home's equity to purchase 20 acres with full rights, zoned agricultural. Selling our current residence is already assured as we've been repeatedly offered fair market value for our place by someone very well know to us. Profits from this sale will be used to purchase a new pre-manufactured home to be placed on our land. Right now I'm not quite sure of what my questions are, although there's surely much to be considered.
