Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cassie Thompson of America's Custom Mortgage Company and I believe I can assist your homebuyers with the goal of fulfilling your dream of purchasing their new home.

We are approved with over 100 lenders that have programs that can cater almost any situation. America's Custom Mortgage, Co., takes pride in being the premier lender in the Western region of the United States, offering a wide array of loan products that cater to the specific needs of each individual including fixed rate conventional mortgages, adjustable rate mortgages, JUMBO loans, interim and permanent construction financing, relocation programs and refinances. Our goal is to provide unsurpassed quality service and support throughout the entire mortgage process. The in-house processing, underwriting and closing departments simplify and accelerate the loan process. Our experienced professionals are dedicated to leading the way to a positive and successful home loan experience. As a representative of America's Custom Mortgage, Company I will do what is ethical, fair and makes good business sense. We anticipate and embrace change and we strive to exceed the expectations of each client.

You may ask why choose a mortgage broker with all the advertising surrounding low mortgage rates today, how can you determine what's the best loan for you? The simple answer, you can't, without help from an expert. Mortgage Brokers are the experts. We are Mortgage Brokers who are professionals trained to assist consumers in obtaining the best real estate loan for your needs. We are a catalyst between a borrower and a lender, and we are not tied to one source of funds, but represent scores of investors that have literally hundreds of loan programs. Our goal is to help you select a loan program that gets you to your final destination, and the expertise we offer will assist you in selecting the loan program best suited for your needs. Not only do we offer the customary loan programs to qualified borrowers (such as FHA, VA and conventional loans) but we also provide sources of funds for those consumers that do not qualify for traditional loan programs. And second mortgages, home equity credit lines, private-money transactions and commercial loans are only a few of the alternative loan products offered by America’s Custom Mortgage.
It costs no more to use a Mortgage Broker than a traditional bank or other lender. Many times, we can secure a loan for you at a cost lower than available through traditional banking sources. Mortgage Brokers receive their compensation only after the loan is closed, thereby assuring the consumer a best-effort to provide the most competitive loan products to fulfill the consumer's needs. And with the national acceptance and recognition the industry is now enjoying, Mortgage Brokers are responsible for over 60% of all residential mortgage loans made in this country. In many instances, lenders rely exclusively on Mortgage Brokers for their loan production.
In Arizona, Mortgage Brokers are licensed by the Arizona State Banking Department, the same agency that governs banks, savings and loans, credit unions, consumer credit institutions and escrow companies. To become licensed, Mortgage Brokers are required to take a state-approved course, pass a state-administered test, and post a bond. This helps to insure that the quality of the Mortgage Broker's advice comes from a solid background of training, education and financial responsibility.

    Hi Cassie,
Just trying to find my way around the Tribe and to the right kind of people. I'm quite business oriented, doesn't mean I don't like to have fun but top priority of late is expansion of business. I see you are involved with escrow and title work. Do you facilitate any out of state work? I am a Mobile Notary Signing Agent for NW Iowa and SE South Dakota. If any of your loans take you to the Midwest consider giving me a call to handle the local contact with the borrower to get the documents signed. Many lenders and some title and escrow companies work through a Signing Company who basically is a recruiting middle man who finds me, hooks me up with title and then disappears taking a cut for my work. Would like to expand my network to not working through ANY Signing Companies but direct with title and escrow companies. Hope to see you around in the funny papers. :)
