      <title>Relocation Info, Please?</title>

      <description>&lt;div&gt;Howdy, folks! My family is planning to relocate to Apache County. No fixed date yet, but shooting for this September. I'm going light on the specifics for now until I know there's actually an honest,  knowledgeable, responsive person paying attention to this forum. The basics at present: my husband and I are preparing to cash in some of our current home's equity to purchase 20 acres with full rights, zoned agricultural. Selling our current residence is already assured as we've been repeatedly offered fair market value for our place by someone very well know to us. Profits from this sale will be used to purchase a new pre-manufactured home to be placed on our land. Right now I'm not quite sure of what my questions are, although there's surely much to be considered. If there's someone willing to help me explore my family's options, sans any blatant hard sell, I'd truly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!&lt;/div&gt;

      <description>&lt;div&gt;We purchase penthouse properties in the Playa Del Carmen area of Mexico in the Yucatan peninsula during the pre-construction and construction phases for the purpose of rental income and resale.
&lt;br/&gt; 
&lt;br/&gt;Playa Del Carmen is the fastest growing city in the world with a rental deficiency of over 1,100 units. Most of the land has recently been released by the Mexican government for private sale and subsequently developers from Mexico, Canada, Europe and the U.S. have seized the opportunity to buy up all the private land and develop condominium properties. Playa Del Carmen boasts dozens of U.S. and International hotels and stores ranging from Home Depot and Sam’s Club.
&lt;br/&gt; 
&lt;br/&gt;Construction financing is for the most part unavailable for these projects, subsequently developers require cash up front through pre-sales to construct properties. We are an investor pool of American dollars that purchases the prime units in pre-construction and construction phases at a significantly reduced price for rental income and future resale. 
&lt;br/&gt; 
&lt;br/&gt;In summary most of the properties we obtain through cash purchases are 25% below market value when completed and all units are the best properties in each development because those are the properties that rent first and appreciate the most. Occupancy rate averages well over 60% per year and a 1,000 square foot penthouse rents for an average rate of $1,500 per week.	
&lt;br/&gt; 
&lt;br/&gt;We offer these properties for sale through a network of realtors in the U.S. and Mexico, as well as private transactions between owners and sellers. As well, Fractional Ownership is available on most properties.
